The theme of this episode was SUPPOSED to be about games we don’t understand…but it got away from us and ended up being some about that and some about games we don’t like but other people do. Cinco de Mayo is coming up, and what better time is there to make some Guacamole? Well…personally, I think there isn’t a bad time to make guacamole as long as you can get some good, ripe avocados! This week's episode was about dice games and I decided that it would be fun to do more of a "how to" instead of a recipe. I love cheese trays. They make great game night foods! An EPIC cheese tray has more than just cheese and crackers, It comes complete with a good variety of cheese, meat, a few different types of crackers and don't forget a good fig jam.
I love pinwheels. In fact I've shared another pinwheel-style recipe before. They are so easy and they're a fantastic shareable finger food...and these? Well...bacon. Need I say more. What brave adventurers don't want to partake in tasty bacon goodness? (Except maybe vegetarian ones...but in that case...well they can just have drink the mead and toast to your hearty bacony goodness...or not?) But on to the bacony goodness!
It's fun to play games on your lunch hour isn't it?
