Space...the final frontier. Well, the episode this recipe was paired with was a space-themed episode - and while the closest any of us will get to space is playing a space-themed board game or sitting back and watching Star Trek on television - I thought we should do some variation of space food. My favorite is probably the autumn squash soup they have at Panera Bread, so I have scoured the internet for recipes that are copycats for those delicious restaurant squash soups.
GenCon 50 2017 was the first sold out GenCon ever and in honor of that momentous occasion, we selected a recipe with a whole lot of ingredients. This overcrowded stew takes a bit of preparation, but it isn't terribly difficult to make.
We both really enjoy Korean Bulgogi, which literally means "fire meat," though you can ask for it to be a little less on the spicy side. When we went to St. Louis for Geekway to the West, we got to go to Seoul Taco where we got Korean tacos and they were delicious. So when we got home, we decided to share a recipe with you so you could make your own version of these delicious tacos at home!
When I first heard about pumpkin chili, I seriously thought it sounded like the most horrible thing in the world. But then someone made it for me. It is the smoothest, most wonderful version of chili I think I have ever had and it is a perfect meal for a game night with your friends because you can make a big pot of chili and it serves everyone. No hassle!
