I think pot roast is tasty just about any time of the year. It's easy to make and all you need it a crock pot. Put everything in at the beginning of the day, let it cook nice and slow and then you've got an amazing meal at the end of the day to serve to your gaming friends when they all come over! Eat up while you decide what you're going to play, or take a break from playing games to have a nice dinner!
Stir-Fry is always tasty, but this one comes with a bit of a fruity twist! When we got back from GenCon, we were excited to talk about all the games we saw and played. Of course we ate a lot of food there too...but we didn't make any of it. So, we picked a few recipes with a common theme - dragon fruit - because GenCon always uses images of a dragon. It's kind of their mascot.
GenCon 50 2017 was the first sold out GenCon ever and in honor of that momentous occasion, we selected a recipe with a whole lot of ingredients. This overcrowded stew takes a bit of preparation, but it isn't terribly difficult to make.
A note about Orange Bread, from Jondi. I have grown up eating Orange Bread. My mom used to make this all the time at Christmas. I love the way it makes the whole house smell when the orange peels are boiling. It's amazing.
