Eat Chit & Dice

Mostly this is just us talking about some of the games that we bought at Gencon that we are excited about, as well as a few new kickstarters.

Jondi sorta had a stroke at the 21 minute mark but other than that, the episode was fine.  We're on our way to GenCon (actually by the time this goes live we're already there) so this is a fluff piece.  Enjoy!

Trying something different with this one.  We're talking about GenCon, which is quickly approaching, and GenCan't, which is also just as quickly already happening to you right now.  

For today's lesson, we learn about Pavel Chekov.  How important is a theme in a game?  Does it actually matter?  We don't talk about any of that.  This entire episode is devoted to Chekov.

Happy Birthday America!  We're talking about how to get your non gaming friends into the hobby, maybe a day too late.  Oh well! We also featured a special burger recipe from one of our Twitter followers!

We somehow survived Origins 2017, and we've brought back our opinions.  I think this is the most tired I've ever been near audio recording equipment.

I am aware that St. Charles is technically a different city than St. Louis proper, but try explaining that to people that have never been anywhere near there.

Today we're talking about playing games with people who have jobs fixing cars.  Oh, wait, that's wrong.  Sometimes games can be really good but have a mechanic that otherwise we would hate.  That, I think, makes the game even more special.  We also totally didn't post any video content from Geekway.

We talk about some DO'S and DON'TSES for board game conventions.  And also life in general.  Plus Jondi actually made recipes.
